Find the right level of support for your journey.
The journey to lasting sobriety looks different for every man. Some come to sober living straight from detox. Others step down from residential treatment or a partial hospitalization program. And some arrive having tried to white-knuckle it on their own and finally deciding they need real support.
Wherever you are, there's a level of care designed for that moment. Here's a quick breakdown:
Detox
The first step for men with physical dependence on alcohol or drugs. Medically supervised detox keeps you safe during withdrawal and stabilizes you before the real work begins. This is not something to attempt alone.
Residential Treatment (RTC)
Intensive, 24/7 inpatient care focused on breaking the cycle of addiction. Typically 30 to 90 days. Combines therapy, medical support, and structured programming in a controlled environment.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A step down from residential. You receive clinical treatment during the day — typically 5 to 6 hours — and return to a structured living environment at night. PHP is often paired with sober living.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Flexible, structured treatment that allows men to live in sober housing while attending therapy and group sessions several times per week. One of the most common pairings with sober living.
Sober Living
The bridge between treatment and independent life. A structured, accountable, community-driven environment where men practice real-world sobriety with brotherhood around them. This is where The Comeback SL comes in.
Outpatient & Aftercare
Ongoing therapy, 12-step work, alumni programs, and continued accountability as men transition into full independence.
